I turn 30 today!! Thanks so much for joining me on my birthday and for diving deep with this week's reading. How collective readings work: Because we live in a Law of Attraction based universe, we can only experience people, places, things, & experiences that we are a perfect vibrational match to. This means that if you've found your way here, then there is absolutely a message for you that applies to your life in some way. How to do it: Look below at the photo of this week's cards, and think about your intention for this reading. Perhaps you will have a particular question or circumstance in mind that the reading can provide insight into, or maybe you just need a general message! Once you've determined the card(s) of your choice, continue reading this post to reveal the cards & meanings. Card #1 - Sexuality in Reverse: If you have drawn this card in reverse, you are squandering and wasting your sexual energy, and therefore you are wasting your creative energy. You are using sexual pleasure or sexuality to distract yourself from something and to escape from a feeling of emptiness or loneliness or the feeling of not being good enough. There is a potential if you draw this card in reverse that sexual pleasure or sexuality has become an addiction, a way of filling the hole inside yourself. In your current state, you are not experiencing true intimacy. You are not really connecting with other people. You are losing the vital energy that you coud channel towards productivity and towards achieving your desires. It is time to heal the emotional wounds that you are trying to sedate with sexuality. Card #2 - Speak From The Heart in Reverse: Ironic that this card would come out when I used this frequency in a scarf for the backdrop! If you have drawn this card in reverse, you need to speak to your own heart. Other people in your life are not open to your truth at this particular time. It makes no sense to open up to someone who does not currently want to receive you. Imagine your heart as a separate being that lives inside you. What does your heart feel like? Does your heart feel appreciated and loved, or does it feel ignored and under-valued? Begin by asking your heart directly, "What makes you unhappy?" "What do you need me to do differently?" "If you could have one wish what would it be?" And "What do you have to tell me?" You will receive the answers on an intuitive level. Next, it's your turn to speak to your heart. Address the concerns that were put forth by your heart. Acknowledge that you value your heart's needs and wants and perspective. After all, it represents the perspective of your true self. What do you think your heart needs to hear? Tell that to your heart. You can speak to your heart inside your mind's eye if you do not wish to speak aloud. Next, take steps to fulfill the wish that your heart expressed. Card #3 - Security: If you have drawn this card upright, now is -not- the time to face your fears. This is the time to send yourself the message, "I care too much about you to deny you the feeling of safety." You deserve to feel a sense of surety in your safety and/or stability. You deserve to experience an emotional state free from loss, fear, danger and risk. What do you need in order to feel more secure? What do you need in order to feel safer? Do those things for yourself now. They may be things as big as ending a relationship or they may be things as small as taking a bubble bath. It is not a crime to soothe yourself. It is not self loving to be living in a perpetual state of fear. Card #4 - Integrity in Reverse: If you have drawn this card in reverse, you are sacrificing yourself. Deep down, you feel compromised. Chances are, you are not being honest with yourself or others. You dishonor yourself by doing so and as a result, you feel bad about yourself. You are disconnected from yourself right now because you are not being true to yourself. Identify things you want to change about yourself and your life that would make you feel good to be you. Take responsibility and let go of past justifications. Be honest with yourself and others, even if it hurts. What does it mean to you to live with a sense of integrity?
